About Genevie LaVoie

Backed by a wealth of expertise in construction, Genevie pairs her knowledge with a gift for negotiation, innovative problem solving, and a steadfast determination that gets her clients results.

Born in Echo Park, Genevie was raised in Burbank and considers herself a valley girl through and through. Immediately upon completing high school, she immersed herself in a variety of facets of the real estate industry. Early on in her career, she worked for a real estate investment firm specializing in buying, renting, and selling foreclosed properties and a management company, leasing apartments and short term rentals.

But even when she took a break from real estate to obtain a degree in psychology from University of California Riverside and have her first child, Genevie managed to build upon her real estate prowess. During this time, she assisted in the management of her husband’s plumbing business, learning the ins and outs of not only plumbing but the construction industry as a whole. Her thirst for knowledge found her taking real estate courses and interning at a big name brokerage before attaining her real estate license in 2016. Since then, she’s been serving her loyal clientele with her trademark dedication and passion.

A fan of design and architecture, Genevie holds a special love for guiding prospective homeowners through home previews. Her passion for service and background in project management find her regularly organizing events for her local parish aimed at helping the community. She also frequently volunteers for organizations like North Valley Caring Services and Homes 4 Families. An animal lover, Genevie and her family also often foster dogs and volunteer for local organizations such as Bark n’ Bitches and East Valley Animal Shelter.
